Corey Glessner
Corey, our Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for infrastructure, compliance, AI initiatives, and the company’s multi-user collaboration platform. With a degree in Information Technology from Ferrum College, he brings deep, practical experience in building secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.
He previously led service desk and infrastructure operations for a federal government contractor supporting more than 5,000 end users. His career spans both data center environments and cloud-native architectures, having directed multiple cloud migrations across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
Colin Shanahan
Colin Shanahan is the lead DevOps Engineer, where he owns the cloud platform and delivery infrastructure that power the company’s .NET microservices. With more than a decade of experience spanning infrastructure engineering at AEP and earlier systems administration work, he brings deep practical knowledge of Azure, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and the operational realities of supporting a development team. Day-to-day he focuses on reliable pipelines, secure environments, and the kind of platform work that lets product engineers move quickly without sacrificing stability or compliance.
Outside of work, Colin is a husband and father of three who lives in Rocky Mount, Virginia. He values family time, practical problem-solving, and the steady rhythms of home life, and colleagues often note that the same grounded, get-it-done approach he brings to the platform shows up in how he collaborates with the team.
Richard Cary
Richard is the Systems Administrator, responsible for maintaining the organization’s infrastructure and ensuring security compliance. He brings over 10 years of IT support experience, built on a foundation of more than 15 years in customer service, a combination that shapes a practical, people-first approach to technology.
Richard has supported multiple large-scale government and commercial contracts, several spanning thousands of endpoints and users, and has led major initiatives including a secure confidential data destruction initiative, large-scale hardware replacements, and software security compliance efforts. He has also played a key role in large-scale physical and cloud server migrations, led a full rewrite of existing knowledge bases, and currently helps support the organization’s AI initiatives.
